1) How Do I Download My eTextbooks?
All of our eTextbooks come in easy use and easy to download PDF format. Once your payment has been completed successfully you will receive a confirmation page, and email with links to your purchased items.

2) Are these items compatible with my device?
Yes.
-All of our eTextbooks and eBooks are compatible with all Devices: Tablets, Cell phones, eReaders, Laptops, and Computers for viewing.
-Our ebooks come packaged in standard PDF format.
-All items are downloadable onto which ever device you choose.

3) What if i didn’t receive an email confirmation or my download link?
Don’t panic. In some instances email providers such as .edu email or business email addresses have a strict policy on incoming email to where it could block your email confirmation from getting through. If your purchase went through and you didn’t receive an email confirmation then email us at support with your name and order number so a team member can resend an email confirmation and your download link directly.

Sometimes the email goes to the SPAM folder, please do check that as well. If you don’t keep SPAM emails or can’t find ours, then please email us as along with your order number or the email you used for the order, and we’ll resend you the link within 24 hours.

Simply use the Contact form or email us at admin@bookalls.com and someone will reply back to you promptly.

4) What if i having problems downloading the ebook. What shall i do?
Please email or message us. If you can, describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

5) Are you even legitimate? Are my details safe?
Yes. You can check our reviews, we have served students in over 3 years. Also, we never share or misuse your data. We also don’t store any payment information.

6) What if I need help or need support?
Not A Problem. We offer 24×7 support 7 days a week.

Simply use the Contact form to submit your issue or concern and someone will reply back to you within 24 hours or less. Please make sure to include a good email address for a reply.

7) What if I have a special request for eBooks?
If you are looking for a specific etextbook or ebook,  that is not listed in our inventory please use the contact us page to send us a message for your request.

We carry thousands of titles not currently listed on our website and we may have the item you need in stock, please contact us and send us your request and someone will reply back within 24 hours or less.

8) Do we offer Return & Refund?
Since bookalls.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

To clarify, we will NOT issue refunds for any of the reasons below:

-You purchased the eBook because you thought that this was a physical book. We have made it very clear that our products are electronic and not physical in the description.
-You don’t need the eBook anymore due to unforeseen circumstances (dropping classes, professors changing books, etc.).
-You wanted another title but mistook the eBook you bought for that title. We have included in great detail the cover, title, ISBN, sample pages of the eBook so there is no way that you can mistake this eBook for another.
-The eBook did not meet your expectations. We are not responsible for false expectations.
-You feel the eBook lacks sufficient content. This is one of the reasons we provide a sample chapter for every eBook we sell; the sample should eliminate any confusion regarding the contents.
-You purchased the wrong edition. We made it very clear in product description.
-You are unable to open the compressed ZIP file(s) or individual chapter files contained within because you do not have the required software on your computer.
-The eBook page number is different from print version, it is commonly known that the layout of ebooks can be different from its physical version.
-You thought you were purchasing the textbook while you ordered its solution manual or test bank. We made it very clear in product page title, description and sample pages to make sure that customers are fully aware of the content before purchasing.

9) However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

-Repeated payment: in some cases, you may have paid twice for the same item due to Internet delay. We will issue full refund for the duplicate payment.
-Download issues: it may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted at our contact page. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason. Failure to receive assistance for downloading within 3 days may result in a refund decline.
-Major defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements. OR, at customer’s choice, replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered.
-Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to us within 3 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored. Sample product pages are available for evaluation purpose at our Download Sample section on every product page.

All refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within 3 days of your original purchase.
